The only time we ask you to call ahead is if your dog is going to be staying overnight. If your dog is going to be staying overnight, please call as soon in advance as you can and make a reservation, especially if you would like one of the VIP or Jr. Suites. We only have a limited number of them. If you would like your dog to come to camp for daycare, just come right on by! Our daycare hours are Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM. We do not have daycare on the weekends.
If you would like to take a tour, you can come any time we are open: No appointment required! Our hours are:
Monday to Friday ~          7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday ~                     11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Sunday~                         4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
We would be happy to give you a tour of the entire facility whenever is convenient for you. Feel free to stop by!

Do you take strays or have dogs available for adoption?
No, we are a boarding and daycare facility, but if you check our Links page, you'll find the websites of some shelters in the area.

When can I come for a tour of your facility?
You can come for a tour any time during our office hours, Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, however, the dogs have a naptime from 11:30am to 1pm, so if you come during that time, you won't get to see the dogs playing. We ask that you try to avoid this time, but if it is most convenient for you, it's not a problem. If you are unavailable during these times, please call us and work out an appointment. Our number is (423) 929-RUFF or (423) 929-7833.

No one is here all night with the dogs. However, each dog is in their own individual areas locked in tight. The dogs go outside for the last time at about 9pm, and get up the next morning at 7am. We also have a security system directly connected to the police and fire departments and security cameras.

We ask that you bring your own food for your dog, as we don't want to change their diets, and it's what they're used to. Anything you think will make your dog feel more comfortable you are welcome to bring. We do have bowls, so you don't need to worry about that. Beds and toys are welcome, as well as treats and rawhides. Do not bring us anything you don't want left in a crate or room with them overnight. We do supply mats for dogs who come without beds.

Should I bring anything for my daycare dog?
It is not necessary for you to bring anything if your dog is only here for daycare. However, if they will be here during naptime (from 11:30am to 1pm) you are more than welcome to bring a bed, food, or toys for your camper.

We do not offer grooming as of yet. However, we do offer exit baths for dogs who are leaving.

Do you offer training?
No, we do not offer dog or puppy training at this time.
